This policy covers exclusiveyalasafari.com and the booking form on it. It does not cover Google, WhatsApp, or the payment provider once you leave our pages.

What we collect

When you request a quote or pay a deposit we store the safari type and date, guest counts, visitor type, pickup or drop notes, optional food and guide choices, your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, and any message you type. Payment is taken by OnePay (card). We receive a payment reference, amount, and status — not your full card number.

If you contact us by the contact form, email, or WhatsApp, we keep the conversation so we can answer and run the booking. The website also logs technical data such as IP address, browser, and pages viewed, and uses cookies needed for the booking form, language, and basic analytics.

How we use it

We use this information to price and confirm your jeep, collect the USD 30 deposit (or full payment), send a confirmation, arrange pickup, and talk to you about the safari. We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not send marketing email unless you asked for it; you can opt out on any message.

We share what is needed with the payment processor, the park ticket office when we buy entrance, and a driver or tracker assigned to your jeep. We disclose data if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as we need them for the safari, accounting, and tax. Contact messages are kept while they are useful for support, then deleted or archived. You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold, a correction, or deletion — we will say if a legal retention duty blocks a deletion.

Cookies and security

Cookies run the booking session, remember language, and help us see which pages are used. You can block cookies in the browser; the booking form may then fail to hold a quote. Pages and payments use HTTPS. No website is perfectly secure; do not send card numbers by email or WhatsApp.

Children

We take bookings from an adult. Child ages are collected only so park tickets and jeep seating are priced correctly. Do not submit a child’s contact details unless they are travelling in your group.
