Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans may change, and we aim to provide a fair refund policy for our guests. Please review our cancellation and refund terms before booking your Yala Safari tour.
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
– Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled safari date are eligible for a full refund.
– Cancellations made within 7 days of the safari date are non-refundable.
– No-shows or late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund:
To cancel your booking and request a refund, please contact us via email or phone with your booking details at least 7 days before your scheduled safari.
Processing Time:
– Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
– Any transaction fees charged by banks or payment processors may be deducted from the refund amount.
Changes & Rescheduling:
– If you need to reschedule your safari, please inform us at least 7 days before your tour. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
